Little Squid Press is an independent publisher based in Tokyo, Japan. We focus on romance, science fiction, middle grade fiction, and graphic novels — especially stories that blend genres, explore folklore, and celebrate found families, small towns, and a touch of the strange and magical.
We also create lifestyle goods and stationery inspired by our stories, favorite creatures (hello, canines, cryptids, cephalopods, and corvids!), and a love of cozy, creative living.
At Little Squid Press, we believe stories can be portals into other worlds, into each other’s lives, and into the everyday magic all around us.
